Where do you ship your products?

We offer worldwide shipping. We ship to selected countries but if your country is not on the list, contact us for additional information.

Do you have a shop where we can see the products?

We do not have a shop of our own but we have some of our products in BUBU shop in Riga in Aleksanda Čaka iela 121 and in PAWPAW studio in Jelgava, Raiņa iela 23-1

What is your return policy?

WE DO NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE CUSTOM ORDERS!
Ready made orders can be returned by filling out a return form that will be emailed to you. The shipping costs are paid by the client. The price of the product will be refunded in the period of 14 days after we receive the product.

Is it possible to get my pets name on the collar?

We do not yet have the technology to print or engrave your pets name on the products. But we are considering this option in the future.
